The adhesive layer formula:
The H-9010 resin (28%): 10 kg Bentonite (dioxide, silica fume): 0.4 kg
Water (alcohol): 5.6 kg
Total: 16 kg concentration: 20%
Ingredients process:
First preparation of silicon powder mixture, the first 5.6 kg of water into the bucket, and then start the mixer stirring, slowly add 0.4 kg of silica fume dispersion Stir, stir about 15 minutes and then poured into H-9010 water-based adhesive mixing five minutes on the machine.
The coating process:
Coating speed: 80 ~ 100m / min;
Coating dry: 1.2 ~ 1.5g / m;
Drying temperature: 100, 130, 135, 120;
Applicator roll line: 140 mesh - 180 mesh
Features:
This recipe is for general-purpose products, adapt to a wide range of stamping, cut, as the coating dry stamping packets, tipping paper of the cigarette holder, cosmetic boxes, printed greeting cards, books, passports, gold and silver paper card UV ink, water-based varnish, wine, couplets, etc. (depending on the product to adjust the dry amount shall prevail).
